SAP Labs Latin America BEST Tech Company to work for in Brazil
Well...it turns out this year:
We were recognized as the BEST company to work for by the Você S/A magazine, in ALL areas. As I mentioned in last year's blog post, this magazine comes out monthly and is edited by Editora Abril. Just to give you a better picture, Editora Abril is a major Brazilian publisher and printing company and one of the biggest media holdings in Latin America.
The magazine publishes a "Best Companies to Work For" edition every year, where it rates companies based on a survey answered by the companies' employees. They also visit the company and do other interviews to validate their findings.
Since we started participating in this survey in 2011, each year our rate only got higher and this year SAP Labs LA made it to the very top.
When we got to work the day after we were awarded this prize, this is how our building looked like:
We were greeted at the reception by colleagues who were handing us new lanyards for our company badges, colored in gold, like a gold medal for being #1
Everyone was really excited about this great achievement by the SAP Labs Latin America, and it makes us all here in Brazil #proudtobeSAP !!!
