Next Generation E-Learning: Your Feedback is Needed!
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your learning experience, we would like to invite you to try a new approach to e-learning which we are currently developing. This new approach aims to simplify the experience of accessing and using online learning materials. We are eager to see how this approach works for you!
To participate, explore our course "Accounting Customizing Fundamentals: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable" (AC 200) in 3 different “beta” versions – all of them based on the new approach of “learning cards.” Each version varies the initial presentation while the actual content is exactly the same. You can try just one of the versions or all of them, if you are curious.
Inside each version of the course, you will find a link to a very brief survey to share your feedback. You don’t have to go through the entire course to provide feedback using the survey.

SAP Learning Hub Breaks 300,000 User Mark
Earlier this year, you may have heard that SAP Learning Hub surpassed 250,000 users with the introduction of SAP Learning Hub, edition for SAP PartnerEdge. Well, this month we are happy to announce that you are now part of a 300,000 user strong SAP Learning Hub community. Thank you for your trust and support; we look forward to sharing more news about our growing community with you in the future.
SAP Learning Hub Administrator Support Learning Room Closed
The SAP Learning Hub Administrator Support Learning Room is no longer open for further discussion. It is now set to read-only and will be completely deleted by November 30th. Please join and utilize the Welcome Learning Room for all of your support discussion needs!
SAP Learning Hub Content Forecast
The SAP Learning Hub content catalog, which all subscribers can view through the “Welcome to SAP Learning Hub” tile on the home space or this direct link, now has a new content forecast worksheet. Click on the worksheet tab at the bottom entitled “LH Content - FC CWxx” to take a look at what new content is on its way (some data may be missing since these are still works in progress). The catalog is updated Friday of every week, so be on the lookout for weekly developments!
Game-on: SAP Learning Hub pilots Gamification
In the SAP Learning Hub you have the chance to learn something new every day. To support your learning experience even further we will introduce principles known from the gaming world to Learning Rooms – leveraging the brand new SAP HCP Gamification Service. This will make learning more fun, meaningful and improves social learning.
So, what elements of Gamification can you leverage? We start with points, levels, badges and missions. Levels can reflect your experience. You can collect points by participating within the community, writing a blog, answering questions and completing missions. If you collect a lot of points you will level up. Sometimes you have the chance to collect some extra points by solving missions. Missions consist of several tasks, if you conclude all tasks you get some extra points and a badge. The badge is a virtual symbol which shows other members your experience in certain areas. Every mission follows a purpose which you can see below in goal.
We will first introduce 4 Missions and extend the list from month to month, depending on the specific Learning Room. Missions are a great way to model exercises and make the use of the learning rooms more meaningful. We will pilot the Gamification elements in the following Learning Rooms.

The Pilot will run until December 2015 and it will help to tailor the Gamification usage more towards the needs of the Learners. The new SAP PartnerEdge - Internet of Things Solution Learning Room for Sales and Presales is for sales and presales consultants to expand and trade their learning experiences through collaboration with their peers and SAP subject matter experts. This is the place to go for lessons learned and rapid sales and presales Q&A! Also search for the SAP PartnerEdge - Customer Engagement and Commerce Solution Learning Room for Sales and Presales for issues surrounding customer interaction and transactions.
