After the demo in Teched Keynote, I have decided to experience SAP Hana Cloud Platform's Cloud Portal service, to be honest I did not realize that it will be so easy.
First of all you need a HCP user, I will not go in detail here, you can easily search and find how to do. Once you have your account, HCP welcomes you this openning page
There are many features that is ofcourse will be consumed by developers, but for me I want to go directly to services section, which is located on the left-hand side of the page.
Thanks to HCP, Cloud Portal service is the first service, so can be found easily.

So easy system asked me what I want to create: a site or fiori launchpad? This time site
I have entered the required names and descriptions, hoops I have the site 
I have added some content by using the Content Catalog and changed the theme to clouds. And changed site acces permissions to public. It is ready to use
