Latest Notes in the compliance area:
Until now GTS had been unable to support the cross company billing scenario, i.e when a cross company sales document is transferred to SAP GTS. Accordingly GTS only supported the compliance check from the plant to the end customer (export check), but the case from the plant to the sales organization (import check), as well as the sales organization to the customer (domestic check) are not supported. By implementing note 2272445these three parties check now is implemented and supported in SAP with the appropriate configuration in place, be noticed that this function only works in the case when the sales organization and end customer are located in the same country. Along with this note SAP GTS also supports to use the Foreign Trade Organization of the delivery plant in legal control check.
To determine the external unit of measure in BAFA report generation note 2293022has been written. The "dimension" tag was missing in BAFA XML report if the document category and type are not maintained in license type customizing. After applying this note the system determines the "/SAPSLL/QALDOC" and "/SAPSLL/PAPTY" from license at first, then from license type if these two fields can’t be determined from license, otherwise an error appears in case the system can’t get these two fields. To use this functionality the "Category" and "Type" of "Default Document for Customs Management" in license type must be configured and the external unit of measure must be maintained accordingly.
In Create/Change Import/Export License transactions, licenses could be saved without values in the fields "Values" and "Quantities" which have been configured as "Mandatory Entry" if the user switches in "Attributes with Multiple Specifications" to another attribute than "Status". Note 2298450corrects this bug.
