Hello my dear reader,
Today is a holiday in my country, I took the day to "reset" my mind after a tough week. I spent the week developing tax solutions in the company where I work, my normal everyday things. In fact it has lately followed a single circle: Home> Public Transportation> Starbucks> Work> Public transportation> Home. Having an extended holiday as this is very important to me, because only then can focus 100% on other things I'm trying to develop.
As I said on Day 1, I'm planning to develop one or more solutions using augmented reality, at first the main idea is to have a framework linking the hardware to HANA, but what hardware choose ?!
I researched enough on the internet and found only three interesting hardware names: Microsoft Hololens, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. The Hololens seemed to be among the three a version more "light" and a large network of developers, because face it, carries the Microsoft name. The Rift and lives seemed hardware that require a lot of machine in which they are linked, perhaps my initial development will not opt for them, despite the Rift also have good market acceptance. Returning to the subject as the development frameworks, both Microsoft and Oculus attract me a lot, because they have extensive documentation and their frameworks are easy to install.
Finalizing my diary entry, I remain here with the desire to have one of these hardware at hand.
